Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 2 May 2026

Please read these terms carefully before using Pillow & Page or placing an order.

1. About us

Pillow & Page is operated from the United Kingdom. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@pillowandpage.co.uk.

2. The service

Pillow & Page provides an AI-powered personalised bedtime story service. Stories are generated for free. Printed hardcover books are available to purchase. Each story is unique and generated specifically in response to the details you provide.

Because each story is uniquely created, we cannot guarantee any specific narrative outcome. However, we review all orders before sending to print to ensure quality and appropriateness.

3. Placing an order

When you place an order for a printed book, you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm your order by email. Orders are fulfilled by our print partner, Lulu Direct. Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days within the UK.

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs (if any) are shown at checkout.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details you provide are valid and that you are authorised to use them.

5. Cancellations and returns

Because each book is printed on demand and personalised, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your book arrives damaged or is materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 14 days with a description and photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Intellectual property

The stories generated by Pillow & Page are created for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute them without our permission. The Pillow & Page name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Pillow & Page to generate content that is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate for children. We reserve the right to decline to print any book at our discretion.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pillow & Page is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
